Guidelines For Poster Presenters

1. Posters should be designed in portrait format and should follow the theme of the conference
2. Poster Size: 19 inches*13inches
3. Please ensure that the poster is not too heavy
4. Posters should include:
   1. poster title (top centre), followed by authors’ names, institution, corresponding e-mail
   2. poster body with content  covering a single or, at most, two, key aspects of the abstract
   3. No commercial / trade names are to be used
   4. All posters have to be in English

5. Ensure good legibility, with the following as recommended guidelines:
   1. Use larger lettering for the poster’s title and author’s name(s)
   2. The font should be simple, clean-looking typeface that is easy to read
   3. Capitals and lower-case letters in combination are easier to read than all capitals.
   4. Bullets may be helpful in summarizing information.
   5. DO NOT PUT TOO MUCH INFORMATION ON YOUR POSTER

6. SET-UP: All posters should be set up by April 10th, 2025 09:30 am at the Conference Venue, JPN Apex Trauma Centre, (AIIMS), New Delhi.
