Abstract Submission Details

  1. Abstracts can be submitted online only. All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English
  2. Abstracts must contain original material neither published nor presented elsewhere
  3. Please use the abstract template and structure your abstract with the headings:

    – Background
    – Materials/methods
    – Results
    – Conclusion

  4. Text
    a) The text must be formatted in Arial font size 10. The abstract text must be maximum of 450 words
  5. Abstract scoring.
    a) Abstracts will be subject to a blind peer review
  6. Abstract Submitters will be notified by email about acceptance/ rejection of their abstract(s) by 15th March 2025.
