Registration Fee

• Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• Fees include access to all conference sessions, materials, and applicable meals or refreshments as specified.
• Early bird registration discounts apply only if payment is received by the stated deadline.
• Participants must present a valid registration confirmation at the venue.
• The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the fee structure or deadlines if necessary.
• Registration is mandatory for Abstract Submission, Poster Presentation, Invited Faculty, Chairpersons & all Committee Members.
• The decision of the Organizing Committee will be considered final.
• No Medical Insurance & Mediclaim will be provided by the conference.
• For spot registrations, a Delegate kit will not be provided (Subject to availability)
